Day 10: Finally!

The mucoid plaque came out on day 10. I felt bad though because I wasn't able to take a picture of it. It felt like I missed my chance of shooting Big Foot or the Loch Ness Monster.

Dr. Floras vs. Isogenix

Isogenix is another MLM scheme with an agenda for you to sell their product after using up all of your money on their snack and energy drink products. Day 8 - 10: I stopped worrying about it... until it happened!

I experienced much the same on day 8 and 9. I felt great but was still expecting for the mucoid plaque to come out. The fact that nothing came out didn't bother me much so I just stopped thinking about it... until it happened!

But more about my benefits: I am experiencing more and more of the benefits listed on the site. I am so focused I think I will cut through my task with my eyes like a laser beam! I am sleeping SOOOO good!

Day 7

I did my cleansing routine 4 times a day on day 7 and I've seen some changes.

Day 6

On day six, my stool was long and had a similar texture to that on the photos found at the Dr. Floras site. It didn't have the unique shapes yet and I decided not to take pictures since it still looked like regular poop.

Day 3-5

On day 3 until day 5, I still didn't find any Mucoid Plaque but there were changes. My stool was extra long and starting to resemble the photos from the Dr. Floras site.

Day 2

Aside from apple juice, I discovered that you can also mix the powder with Red Bull (I'm not sure if it's the right thing to do but it worked for me!).

No mucoid plaque "monster" came out on Day 2 but I did get the "floatie" action - an indication that I am on the right track.

I also took some Parasite Defense, another product of Dr. Floras (photo above this post).
